Responsibilities:

  • Lead Market Intelligence for Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Taiwan, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and regulatory changes, and develop dashboards, reports, and newsletters for stakeholders
  • Align MI initiatives with business goals, supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and annual MI strategy reviews
  • Represent regional HQ in global MI meetings, present key findings at kick-off meetings, and manage the MI Teams Channel for sharing insights
  • Plan and coordinate customer visits, overseeing logistics, materials, execution, and post-event feedback
  • Manage the Experience Centre’s operations, maintenance, technical support, and supplies

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in market intelligence, business analysis, or strategic planning
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Proficient in market research, competitive analysis, and forecasting
  • Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience managing projects, events, and customer visits
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Taiwan markets preferred
