Manage the process of exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies during project design, construction, and handover. Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice. Prepare, execute, and maintain BIM strategies and plans. Support and provide review on BIM Project Models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. Job Requirements: Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with working experience in construction, design, drafting, or service coordination. Preferred to have LTA/PUB project experience. Preferred to have working experience with Bentley Software. At least 5 years of BIM coordination/management experience in the relevant industry for large-scale projects, preferably civil engineering projects. Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility, and able to handle pressure. Good communication and documentation skills.
