Responsibilities Support the BIM Manager in the development and implementation of BIM strategies for the assigned project(s). Execute BIM implementation in accordance with the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Manage and coordinate project BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement. Coordinate BIM workflows and processes across architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines. Manage and maintain the central BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity. Conduct regular model audits and clash detection reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues. Prepare and deliver BIM-related outputs such as federated models, clash reports, asset data, and 3D visualizations. Track and report on BIM progress, identifying issues and proposing solutions. Provide training and technical support to project team members on BIM workflows and software tools. Participate in project meetings and provide BIM-related input and coordination support. Assist with the implementation of other BIM uses and the preparation of BIM deliverables for project submission. Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, construction, or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) project management. Strong understanding of BIM processes and tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or similar platforms). Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination using federated BIM models. Knowledge of construction and design workflows, as well as applicable standards and codes. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across various disciplines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
