Responsibilities
  • Leverage diverse sourcing techniques and platforms to attract and identify top talent.
  • Conduct initial assessments and screen candidates for suitability.
  • Present qualified candidates and prepare them for client interviews.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong networks of high-caliber candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
