About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead the team at St Andrew's Nursing Home – Aljunied (SANH-A), a prominent and respected residential care facility. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursing home's operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing strategic direction and operational leadership to the nursing home to achieve its mission and objectives

  • Managing all aspects of the nursing home's operations, including finance, human resources, compliance, and quality assurance

  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention

  • Developing and implementing innovative programs and initiatives to enhance the resident experience and improve overall care

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, regulatory bodies, and the local community

  • Ensuring the nursing home operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

  • Representing the nursing home at industry events and actively participating in professional networking and development opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience (at least 10 years) in a senior leadership role within the healthcare or senior living industry

  • A deep understanding of the regulatory environment and best practices in residential care, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders

  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve shared goals

  • A passion for enhancing the quality of life for older adults and a commitment to person-centred care

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
