The Role: Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development, you’ll engage with prospective clients through thoughtful outreach and strategic conversations. You’ll guide individuals through a discovery process that matches them with programs suited to their goals and challenges. This is a consultative role with a long-term impact—centered on clarity, connection, and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate meaningful conversations with prospective clients across digital platforms
  • Conduct structured discovery sessions to explore alignment with our offerings
  • Manage communications using CRM, email, and video conferencing tools
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve outreach and engagement strategy
  • Participate in ongoing training and team development sessions
  • Maintain consistent activity and track progress toward agreed benchmarks
  • Conduct online ad campaigns across different media platforms (full training provided)
What You’ll Bring
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, client relations, strategic sales, or partnerships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach
  • Comfort with remote work tools (Zoom, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, etc.)
  • A structured and self-motivated work style
  • A sincere interest in leadership, growth, or personal development
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with digital advertising or lead-generation platforms is a plus (training provided)
