NUS-ISS is seeking a Senior Manager, Programme Operations to lead and actively drive operational excellence across our graduate programmes. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while shaping the future of learner experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver seamless learner operations from admissions to graduation.
  • Be hands-on in managing complex operational workflows, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
  • Design and implement strategic processes that enhance learner experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders (Practice Chiefs, Programme Chiefs, BD, Recruitment) to align operations with institutional goals.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, regulatory frameworks, and funding agency requirements.
  • Drive data-informed decisions through advanced reporting and analytics.
  • Oversee and participate in key events such as graduation ceremonies and learner engagement initiatives.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • A degree from a reputable university with at least 15 years of relevant experience in programme operations, admissions, or student services.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations in a higher education setting.
  • Strong understanding of registrar requirements, educational funding schemes, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A hands-on leader who is proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Be part of a leading institute driving digital transformation in education.
  • Work with good leaders and contribute to impactful initiatives.
