To coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and lead due diligence exercise conducted by potential lenders. To be responsible for the maintenance and updating of funding virtual data room (VDR). To prepare internal reporting and external presentation materials (e.g. investment memo, board presentations) depending on business objectives. To participate in transaction document review for potential deals, both equity and debt fundraising. Other ad-hoc duties / capital raising projects as assigned. Requirements:A bachelor’s degree with at least 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, financial due diligence and/or audit. Advanced MS Excel skills is required; Working knowledge of S&P Capital IQ or/and NetSuite EPM would be a bonus. Strong numeracy and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Adaptable team player with effective relationship-building skills. Fluent in English (Both written and spoken). Experience in financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services is highly preferred.
