  • Elaborer la stratégie CQV pour un type d’installations spécifique et être responsable de la mise en œuvre du plan de validation,
  • Se conformer à toutes les normes et SOPs applicables (internes et externes),
  • S’assurer du respect des bonnes pratiques documentaires par les fournisseurs,
  • Être support dans les phases de commissioning FAT et SAT,
  • Revue de la documentation de qualification (design, protocoles QI/QO/QP et rapports, matrices de traçabilité, analyses de risques),
  • Suivi de l’exécution des tests,
  • Collaboration avec différentes équipes projet pour s’assurer de la bonne réalisation des activités de qualification / validation,
  • Participer aux inspections des autorités.

Nous recherchons un consultant Chef de Projet pour gérer l'optimisation des espaces administratifs des bâtiments hospitaliers à Genève.

Le projet vise à améliorer le confort et à optimiser les surfaces administratives sur le site hospitalier. Il s’inscrit dans une logique de regroupement des directions sur des sites stratégiques, en réponse à la croissance constante de la demande de surfaces.

Vous accompagnerez la cheffe de projet dans le pilotage global du projet. Votre rôle sera d'assurer une coordination efficace des actions, de documenter les étapes clés, de préparer les livrables attendus et de garantir la réussite du projet dans les délais et le budget impartis.

  • Appui au pilotage stratégique et opérationnel du projet,
  • Préparation des COPIL et rédaction des PV,
  • Élaboration et suivi des outils de pilotage : Gantt, RACI, matrice des risques, budget, RIDA,
  • Analyse des besoins des équipes et coordination des déménagements,
  • Suivi des aménagements, équipements, désengagements,
  • Participation au bilan final et à l’enquête de satisfaction.
