Singapur, Singapore Vantive Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. Full time

1. Ensure daily equipment and processes are running per plan and maximize equipment uptime.

2. Improve manufacturing process capability with higher predictability and lower production costs.

3. Identify productivity improvement opportunities, recommend changes to machine parts designs, liaise with process engineering on feasibility studies and implementation.

4. Use Lean tools effectively to improve overall machine performance (e.g., OEE, cause mapping).

5. Meet all product requirements and ensure a safe working environment.

6. Ensure machine-made parts are of acceptable quality, safe to operate, and environmentally friendly. Conduct validation studies and process investigations.

7. Routine manufacturing and maintenance engineering:

  1. Develop and improve equipment maintenance manuals/SOPs.
  2. Develop and execute equipment maintenance plans.
  3. Study parts lifespan and establish PM schedules for TPM activities.
  4. Manage spare parts purchase, inventory, and contract maintenance.
  5. Handle equipment calibration and license renewal.

8. Analyze machine and/or process issues related to customer complaints and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

9. Raise Capex requests when required, work on business cases, and negotiate with suppliers as needed.

10. May include leading a team of technicians to support manufacturing activities and training technicians.

11. Responsible for compliance with EHS procedures and requirements.

12. Lead and implement energy/water conservation projects.

Skill Set and/or Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years experience in engineering project management and coordination.
  • Strong engineering background in industrial automation, electrical, and controls engineering.
  • Experience in commissioning, debugging, and validating new manufacturing machinery.
  • Familiar with basic GMP and other relevant requirements for medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
