Set in 15 acres of lush greenery just minutes from the vibrant Orchard Road shopping belt, the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore is a tranquil, sophisticated urban retreat whether travelling for business or leisure. It features 792 luxurious guestrooms and suites across three distinct wings, which include unique family-themed rooms, supported by a host of dedicated family-focused amenities.

We are looking for a F&B Captain (Waterfall) , to join our team

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily service operations in Waterfall restaurant.
  • Ensure food and beverage are served according to standards.
  • Supervise and support service associates during shifts.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain mise-en-place and cleanliness of service areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in requisition processes.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant service.
  • Familiarity with hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
