The primary responsibilities are:1. Report to the Senior Facilities Manager and/or Chief Engineer. 2. Monitor and report on project progress to ensure it aligns with established milestones. 3. Coordinating and overseeing on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication among project stakeholders. 4. Oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. 5. Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials. 6. Manage inventory and procurement of construction materials to maintain an efficient workflow. 7. Ensure that all resources are utilized effectively to meet project goals. 8. Act as a liaison between on-site personnel and project management. 9. Able to Manage Subcontractors. 10. Any other duties that may be assigned by the SFM and/or CE.He/ She shall have the following minimum qualification/ experience requirements:1. Any diploma or Higher Nitec with related experience in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or its equivalent 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management/coordination or construction site supervision. 3. Pleasant personality with strong drive to succeed. 4. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with ability to communicate externally and internally at all levels. 5. Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines. 6.
