Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and international teams. Excellent judgment skills with the ability to manage confidential information with tact and diplomacy. Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi‑task and manage time. You will support the execution of executive search‑related activities. Responsibilities Deliver pre‑onboarding support for new hire and internal mobility leadership candidates to ensure a transition into Google or to a new role internally and serve as a trusted advisor for any tests related to their mobility and onboarding journey. Serve as a domain expert on related Google hiring tools, and manage search data hygiene and information within those tools. Coordinate and facilitate requests with partner teams and Google’s vendor network to ensure delivery of candidate coordination activities, as well as immigration, tax and relocation services for new and transferring leaders. Identify potential risks/escalations, and partner with the internal stakeholders (e.g., Google People Services Operations Mobility Program Managers, People Partners/Consultants, Global Mobility Solutions etc.) to ensure alignment and issue-resolution.
