Public Relation Officer

Responsibilities Handles and resolves conflicts, enquiries, feedback and complaints from client, consultants, building management, public, CAG, NEA and various stakeholders through e-mails and phone calls pertaining to the project. Maintains good support and positive relations among organisations, stakeholders and the public. Planning and launching of public relations programme Responsible for the production of all communication materials related to the public relations effort Maintains proper record of all public relation cases, correspondences and communication materials. Supports and handles administrative works. Build and maintain strong relationships with CAG. Other ad hoc duties as per assigned. Requirements Minimum 2 years of PRO working experience (LTA) Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Excellent client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations with the Authority (LTA, CAG, PUB, NEA and stakeholders). Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the construction sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Familiar with LTA processes Must be able to work under pressure. Ability to work beyond standard hours during events. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
