Overview

Are you a Control System Field Service Engineer looking for an interesting and inspiring opportunity? You will travel to customer sites, both onshore and offshore, across the APAC region to provide specialist installation and maintenance support. You will perform hands-on work individually and as part of a Field Service team.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving and following established tasks according to the Maintenance or Installation activities schedule on customer equipment in the field.
  • Collaborating with other crew members on installation and/or maintenance activities of customer equipment at customer sites.
  • Executing tasks following the Site Quality Check Lists provided for the scope of work.
  • Interacting with customer representatives and site teams on routine matters at the field job site, such as coordination meetings.
  • Providing records of all activities accomplished at the customer site to the supervisor and promoting good team relations.
  • Carrying out responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors, following all applicable processes and procedures.
  • Performing other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in control systems and activities.
  • Strong functional/technical skills, customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team-working abilities.
Travel and Work Arrangement
  • Travel to and work on customer sites across the Asia-Pacific region in line with customer requirements. Duration and hours at site will be in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Between assignments, you will have free time in line with working time guidelines and fatigue management provisions. You will accrue annual leave to extend time off.
