Overview

Customer Growth Manager (Programmatic Advertising Direction) at TikTok. The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, Agency Partnerships, and Marketing Science. The role focuses on driving platform growth by managing DSP partners end-to-end and translating market insights into product requirements and strategic direction.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner Acquisition and Signing: Independently identify, engage, and sign top-tier DSP partners in target regions or industries, expanding the platform's high-quality demand-side ecosystem.
  2. Data-Driven Business Optimization: Analyze collaboration data to formulate and implement traffic operation and growth strategies, enhancing revenue and sustaining growth.
  3. Customer Success and Relationship Management: Establish regular reviews, provide clients with customized data analyses and market insight reports to identify growth opportunities and ensure long-term partnerships.
  4. Market Insight and Product Enablement: Collect and analyze competitor dynamics and partner feedback to support decision-making for iterative product and algorithm optimization.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ years in the programmatic advertising industry with experience in customer expansion (BD/sales) and operations at leading platforms (ADX/SSP/DSP).
  • Familiarity with overseas advertising markets and DSPs, 4A agencies, or large programmatic platforms.
  • Excellent English skills for business and technical communication.
  • Understanding of optimization metrics and applicable scenarios for brand and performance advertising.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven root-cause analysis capabilities.
  • Outstanding project management and cross-department collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising (RTB) ecosystem and technical principles; familiarity with the ad trading process and core needs of various participants.
  • Strong data analysis abilities; proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (pivot tables, functions).
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset; ownership of client success and platform growth.
