Build your career through AKC’s two year Management Trainee Programme, designed to develop future Team Leads and business leaders.
You will complete four six-month rotations across Customer Success & Marketing, Revenue, Training Management and Compliance, and Business Development. Through hands‑on assignments, mentorship and cross-functional projects, you will gain a strong understanding of AKC’s customers, operations, products and growth strategies.
High-performing trainees may be considered for progression into a Team Lead or suitable specialist position upon successful completion.
What You’ll Be Doing 1. Customer Success & Marketing- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Follow up on leads, registrations and customer engagement.
- Support digital campaigns, paid advertising, content creation and course promotions.
- Assist with roadshows, events and course launches.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation and conversions.
- Support sales pipelines, revenue tracking and performance reporting.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM, ERP and reporting systems.
- Analyse business data and identify performance trends.
- Support workflow improvement, automation and digitalisation projects.
- Research new markets, clients and partnership opportunities.
- Support corporate outreach, meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
- Assist with partnerships, new courses and business expansion projects.
- Support the planning, coordination, and administration of training programmes.
- Coordinate training materials, assessments and certification records.
- Assist with quality assurance, audits and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor compliance processes and recommend improvements where appropriate.
In addition to the four rotations, you will:
- Receive coaching and mentorship from staff and senior leaders.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects.
- Present recommendations and project outcomes to management.
- Develop skills in decision‑making, communication and stakeholder management.
- Take on increasing responsibility throughout the programme.
- Build the capabilities needed to progress into a Team Lead position.
- Four structured six‑month departmental rotations to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
- Practical experience solving real business and operational challenges.
- Potential progression into a Team Lead or suitable specialist role.
- Diploma or degree in Business Management or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates are welcome.
- Strong interest in business management and leadership.
- Good communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to take ownership.
- Able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
