SharkNinja APAC has embarked on a bold plan for growing the business in the region.
As we expand our presence in Southeast Asia, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation—especially in the social commerce space. We’re now hiring a dynamic TikTok & Social Commerce Manager to build and scale our presence on TikTok as a full-funnel growth channel.
This role will be responsible for launching, owning, and scaling TikTok as a strategic growth platform across Singapore and Malaysia. You will lead the end-to-end TikTok strategy—spanning content, creator, commercial, and commerce integration—and partner with a supporting agency to drive execution. You need to be commercially savvy, lead strategies, cross-functional integration, and performance ownership. An enabler agency supports with executional lift—recruiting influencers/affiliates, handling livestream logistics, and producing content.

Strategic Focus

  • Develop and execute TikTok as a full-funnel growth channel (Awareness → Engagement → Conversion)
  • Own TikTok commercial strategy: promo calendar, spend allocation, and commercial targets in partnership with eCommerce
  • Lead content and campaign strategy—aligned with brand and business goals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for TikTok platform partnerships and the enabling agency
TikTok Channel Ownership
  • Build and lead the TikTok growth strategy across brand, content, paid, and commerce
  • Define content pillars, posting cadence, audience targeting, and campaign themes
  • Own the TikTok Shop strategy, promotions, and commercial performance in partnership with eComm
  • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and algorithm shifts to inform content and creator strategy
Creator & Community Activation
  • Manage and brief a supporting agency to recruit and manage influencers, affiliates, and livestream hosts
  • Own end-to-end creator strategy—from briefing and contracting to reporting and incentivization
  • Co-develop UGC-style content that is native to TikTok and aligns with SharkNinja’s tone
Commerce & Performance Strategy
  • Lead TikTok Shop planning: product selection, pricing, bundling, discounting, and promo ROI
  • Collaborate with eComm and sales teams on stock, fulfilment, and P&L targets
  • Work with agency/media partners to manage boosting, A/B testing, and paid content performance
Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Brand & Content: for messaging, creative consistency, and product stories
  • eComm & Ops: for pricing, stock, fulfilment
  • Finance & Commercial: for promo modelling and P&L alignment
Who You Are
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in TikTok and digital commerce
  • Commercially savvy—confident in pricing strategies, promo planning, and managing P&L
  • Exceptional collaborator and communicator, comfortable leading agency partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of short-form content strategy & TikTok trends
  • Performance marketing and media buying understanding (TikTok Ads Manager)
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and social commerce infrastructure
  • Strong grasp of TikTok ecosystem: content, commerce, creator culture
  • Commercial acumen: confident managing budgets, offers, and promo ROI
  • Stakeholder leadership: able to influence internal teams and external partners
  • Data fluency: comfortable with performance dashboards and post-campaign analysis
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5–8 years’ experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or social media
  • Minimum 2–3 years hands-on TikTok experience (brand or agency side)
  • Proven experience managing creator/content campaigns that drove business results
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and live commerce tools is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in consumer products, lifestyle, or beauty/home categories is a plus
