Creative Resources Manager We’re looking for an experienced Creative Resources Manager to join a fast‑paced advertising agency specialising in live events, experiential, content production and integrated campaigns . This pivotal role sits at the intersection of creative teams, production, and client delivery —ensuring the right people are on the right projects, at the right time, without burning them out or blowing budgets. The Role As Creative Resources Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end resourcing function for creative and production teams. You’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, Account Leads and Operations to translate project scopes into smart, realistic resourcing plans. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands how creative work is actually made, particularly in events and production contexts where timelines shift and demands evolve quickly. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the creative resourcing process across all projects, events and production work Allocate creative and production time across disciplines (design, copy, motion, experiential, producers, freelancers, etc.) Build and maintain accurate resource schedules , capacity plans and forecasts Partner with Creative Directors and Producers to assess briefs, timelines and effort required Flag resourcing risks early and propose practical solutions (re‑prioritisation, freelance support, timeline shifts) Balance utilisation, workload and wellbeing—protecting creative quality and team sustainability Track utilisation and resourcing data to inform leadership decisions Manage freelance resourcing: sourcing, booking, negotiating rates and onboarding Support project reviews by analysing what worked, what didn’t, and where resourcing can improve Act as a trusted point of contact for the creative team on availability, workload and planning What We’re Looking For 6–8 years’ experience in creative resourcing, operations or project management within an advertising, events, experiential or production‑led agency Deep understanding of creative workflows , particularly within events and live production environments Proven experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously Comfortable pushing back when timelines or expectations aren’t realistic Highly organised, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure Strong communication skills—you can translate complexity into clarity Confident working with senior creatives, producers and leadership Experience using resourcing tools, project management systems or capacity planning frameworks Why This Role Matters This role is essential to the agency’s ability to deliver high‑quality creative work at scale.
