What you will be working on:
- Operate Smart IT systems for the protection of DTSS and Pumping Main.
- Carry out tunnel flow modelling and develop/executing contingency plans for DTSS and Pumping Main.
- Plan and execute regular inspections and maintenance of the DTSS and Pumping Main structures and ancillary systems.
- Identify, develop, trial, and implement smart technologies to improve DTSS and Pumping Main O&M.
- Supervise a team which carries out surveillance and monitoring of construction sites near DTSS and Pumping Main.
- Review construction proposals near the DTSS and Pumping Main to impose protection and monitoring requirements on contractors, and ensure compliance.
- Facilitate the commissioning and takeover of DTSS Phase 2 assets.
- Draw up O&M manuals, SOPs, and training plans for DTSS2; and build competency for DTSS2 O&M.
- Involve in safety and enterprise risk management activities related to WRN.
- Call and administer contracts to support DTSS and Pumping Main's O&M and protection work.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Environmental, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Engineering Technologies or other relevant disciplines).
- Fit and able to work outdoors/carry out site work.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Keen interest to lead a team to develop, customise IT systems and new technologies for network management.
- Independent, result-oriented and able to lead a small team.
