Our client is seeking a Investment Manager (Value Investment Focus) to join their team. The Senior Investment Manager will lead the development and execution of value-driven investment strategies, conduct thorough financial analysis, and ensure disciplined, high-quality investment decision-making aligned with the firms objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a systematic investment process to enhance research quality and decision-making efficiency. Identify, evaluate, and recommend core investment opportunities (pitching) grounded in value investing principles. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential investment targets. Monitor and manage the existing investment portfolio to optimize returns and manage risk exposures. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including risk management, compliance, and portfolio management to align investment strategies. Mentor and guide junior analysts and associates to develop their investment research and analytical skills. Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to inform investment decisions. Present investment recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Requirements Mid-level management experience at 3 or more leading local financial institutions, with a strong track record in investment strategy development and team leadership. Demonstrated expertise in value investing with well-established investment methodologies. Proven ability to lead or contribute significantly to the creation and refinement of investment processes or core target selection frameworks. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex investment ideas clearly. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
