Overview Join a global agency with a successful industrial practice, work to lead social media strategy and execution for Asia, anchored on a flagship account in construction/industrial equipment. The immediate priority is TikTok-first content and campaigns, complemented by LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. You’ll be the Singapore-based APAC Social lead, collaborating with a global team while owning local strategy, execution, and (when needed) client-facing conversations. This role is about taking complex, commercial machinery (think electric trucks and heavy equipment) and crafting thumb-stopping, platform-native storytelling, especially on TikTok. What You’ll Do Own TikTok strategy and execution for an industrial/construction brand in Asia; plan, publish, and optimise content. Translate complex, B2B products (commercial machines) into clear, engaging narratives fit for consumer platforms. Track trends and performance; turn insights into next-step creative and budget recommendations. Present ideas and performance to clients with confidence; manage day-to-day asks from Singapore. Work with global colleagues across time zones to align campaigns and assets. Support additional industrial-sector clients in the region beyond the anchor account. What You Bring 5-8 years in social/digital (agency experience ideal). Demonstrable TikTok expertise: strategy, creation, community, and campaign management. Strong platform knowledge across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Ability to simplify complex/technical subjects for short-form video and social storytelling. Comfortable presenting to clients and fielding feedback; self-sufficient with sound judgement. Curious, adaptable mindset — happy to “get hands dirty” learning new sector nuances. Must be a Singaporean citizen (quota requirement). Would consider Freelance/fractional ; fees pro-rated to time commitment.
