Drivestrategicmediarecommendations andidentifyopportunitiestoenhancecampaignperformance. Ensurecross-channelintegration acrosspaidsearch,social,display,programmatic,andofflinechannels. Client&StakeholderManagement: Serveastheday-to-daypointofcontact forclient’sstakeholders,ensuringsmoothcommunicationandalignment. Manageexpectations,providestrategicguidance,andpresentmediaperformanceinsightstoclients. Workcloselywiththeactivationteam tooverseecampaignexecutionandensureflawlessdelivery. Cross-TeamCollaboration: Liaisewithinternalteams,includingCreative,Data,andAnalytics ,toensurecampaignassetsandtrackingareoptimized. Workwiththeprojectmanagementteamtoalignontimelines,deliverables,andreporting. Collaboratewithfinanceandprocurementteamsonbudgetmanagement andreconciliation. CampaignExecution&Optimization: Overseethelaunch,tracking,andoptimization ofmediacampaigns,ensuringefficiencyandeffectiveness. Analyzeperformancedata,extractinsights,andrecommendreal-timeoptimizations . EnsurecampaignsaredeliveringagainstKPIs andproposeactionableimprovements. Reporting&PerformanceAnalysis: Developandpresentregularperformancereports toclients,highlightingkeytakeawaysandrecommendations. WorkwiththedataandBIteamtoensurecorrecttrackingandattributionforperformanceanalysis. Monitorindustrytrendsandemergingtechnologiestocontinuouslyrefinemediastrategies. Required Skills DOESTHISSOUNDLIKEYOU Minimum5years ofexperienceinpaidmediaplanningandactivation (agencyexperiencepreferred). Strongunderstandingofcross-channelmediabuying ,includingpaidsearch,social,programmatic,display,andvideo . Experienceinclient-facingroles ,withtheabilitytomanagemultiplestakeholders. Strongprojectmanagementskills andtheabilitytocoordinatewithmultipleteams. Data-drivenmindsetwithexperienceincampaignanalysisandperformancereporting . ProficiencyinGoogleAds,MetaAdsManager,DV360,andothermediaplatforms . Excellentcommunication,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills. Familiaritywithluxuryhospitalityortravelindustries isaplus.
