Overview Vice President Talent Acquisition at Helius Technologies Responsibilities Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimized workflows and systems. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for IT teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement new systems or modify existing ones according to business goals. Oversee system implementation projects, troubleshooting issues, managing upgrades, and providing user training and support. Monitor and evaluate system effectiveness, adjusting processes or recommending enhancements as business needs change. Liaise between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communication and successful delivery of solutions. Lead or participate in project management activities, using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence. Identify and mitigate risks related to business systems, ensuring compliance with standards and data protection protocols. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of business process modeling, software development lifecycles, and data analysis tools. Experience with requirements documentation, functional testing, and change management. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SQL, and ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
