  • 24 Frames Digital is a leading provider of comprehensive webcasting solutions with a team of 125+ experienced professionals offering services such as live streaming, virtual and hybrid event management, physical event management, and more. The company has strategically located offices in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore.We are currently seeking a Senior Event Coordinator with strong conceptualization and ideation skills for a full-time, on-site position at 24 Frames Digital in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire event planning process, from brainstorming creative themes and ideas to final execution. Your duties will include event pitching, developing theme concepts, ideation, planning, communication, customer service, event management, and supporting key account managers. You will oversee the organisation and execution of various events, such as town halls, product launches, award ceremonies, annual day celebrations, employee engagement activities, conferences, seminars, inaugural events, and more, ensuring each event is innovative and impactful.Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and develop pitch presentations tailored to client requirements for various corporate events- Create theme-based presentations showcasing innovative concepts and event ideas- Stay updated on market trends in the event industry- Collaborate effectively with co-workers, such as graphic designers/artists- Research new activities for events, identify vendors, and estimate costs- Coordinate closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations- Source event venues in local and outstation locations- Ensure a smooth supply of event merchandise by coordinating with vendors- Liaise with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies for each event- Ensure availability of required facilities at event venuesRequirements:- Efficient task management within tight timelines- Compliance with instructions and processes- Ability to work effectively under pressure- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Strong interpersonal and team working skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Strong negotiation skills- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities- Proven project management skillsMinimum Eligibility:- Graduation with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experienceThis is a full-time role with benefits including Provident Fund.
