Job Title - Chief De Partie Job Role Description The Chief De Partie (CDP) is responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen (such as grill, hot, cold, or pastry), ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards.He/she maintains consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in his/her section, supports the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations, and upholds all food safety and hygiene regulations. Who has strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a coordinated kitchen team. Work closely with service crew (FOH) and management teams to ensure smooth coordination of food service. Work closely with HQ teams and Stakeholders (Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, HR) to understand requirements and follow through on changes. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Maintain mise en place for assigned section and ensure readiness before service. Ensure timely and efficient service during meal periods. Always maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Check food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients. Follow FIFO stock rotation and report shortages or spoilage to the Sous Chef & Head Chef. Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Minimize food wastage and contribute to cost control. Assist with menu development, food tasting, and R&D when required. Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction. Support the Sous Chef or Head Chef in other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Prior at least 1 - 2 years of experience is preferred.
