Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and distribute documents.
- Handle confidential documents and gatekeeping duties with discretion.
- Run personal errands and oversee wellness scheduling for Managing Director
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Manage calendar, emails, communications, and meeting preparation
- Organise international travel, detailed itineraries, and event planning
- Support office supply management and general administrative needs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Administrative, PA, EA, or lifestyle management role
- open to a 5.5 days (alternate Saturday) work week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity and ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
