Overview 2 years contract (renewable) Up to $3300 + PB Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 6pm Location: Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle Service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT) Job Responsibilities Handle employee data management such as posting job advertisements to job portals. Responsible for the generation of employee staff cards. Manage the creation of employment certificates and attend to staff enquiries. Process re-appointment letters for staff. Compile and verify staff records and documents in the HR system. Ensure smooth running of HR operations in accordance with prescribed policies, standard operating procedures, and customer expectations. Accountable for meeting KPIs. Address customer issues promptly and professionally. Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws. Period 2 years contract (renewable) Location Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle Service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT) Working hours Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 6pm Salary Up to $3300 + PB Job Requirements Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience. Diploma and above; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Good written and communication skills. Ability to multitask and tech-savvy. Quick learner and a strong team player. Meticulous in record-keeping. Able to work independently. Capable of handling workload during peak periods and providing backup support to ensure timely delivery of services. Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage.
