Program Overview
The CMA CGM APAC Management Associate Program is a prestigious, two-year development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the maritime and logistics industry. We are seeking high-potential graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a dynamic, international career and fast-track their development into middle management roles within 3–5 years.

About the Program
Over the course of 24 months, you will:
Have the opportunity to rotate across key business functions, gaining broad exposure to our diverse operations
Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that impact our strategic priorities
Benefit from structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and executive coaching
Participate in an international assignment to broaden your global perspective and adaptability
Develop the skills, business acumen, and leadership qualities essential for success in a dynamic industry

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for exceptional individuals who:
️ Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university with a good GPA
️ Are fresh graduates or individuals with up to 3 years of full-time work experience
️ Demonstrate strong analytical skills, communication skills, and executive presentation abilities
️ Possess strong business acumen and strategic thinking
️ Are highly adaptable and globally minded, with a willingness to relocate internationally after the program
️ Show a track record of high achievement, resilience, and learning agility

Location
Positions in this program are available across our APAC region, including Singapore, Australia, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. This specific position will be based in Singapore.
