We are expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to grow with us.Key Responsibilities Technical Drawing Production: Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, and finishes. Design Translation: Convert initial sketches and design concepts from interior designers into accurate technical drawings. Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers and architects to develop and refine design concepts and plans. Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and compliant with industry standards and regulations. Documentation & Management: Maintain and organize drawing files, manage project documentation, and assist in the preparation of presentations and project plans. Revision & Updates: Incorporate feedback from design teams and clients to revise and update drawings as needed. Skills & Qualifications CAD Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, and potentially 3D modeling tools like SketchUp. Technical Drawing Expertise: Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, architectural principles, and interior design concepts. Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and precision in drawing production is essential. Communication & Collaboration: Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with design teams and clients Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and organize drawing files and project documentation efficiently.
