Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities :• Ideate, conceptualize, and present 2D/3D design proposals.• Interpret project briefs and translate ideas into accurate visual representations.• Develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, including furniture, finishes, and built-in carpentry.• Prepare precise technical drawings for layouts, detailed plans, and construction references.• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, production, suppliers) to ensure high-quality project execution.• Attend creative review meetings to align design direction and progress.• Maintain and update the 3D rendering & material library for efficient workflow.• Keep abreast of new 3D tools, software, and interior design trends.Job requirement• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an interior design or architectural firm.• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or similar tools.• Solid understanding of spatial planning, construction detailing, and materials.• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality output consistently.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Able to manage time independently and meet project deadlines.
