Assists project teams with the development of project specific content for the project BIM(s). Provides support to the project team and ensures that all project staff have the necessary training and skills to successfully deliver the project. Works with Practice Technology Specialist and the Practice Technology team to communicate and support a global vision for the application of design technology and software adoption at HKS. Anticipates job expectations and contributes to project solutions.**Responsibilities** :* Oversees and supports the day-to-day application of BIM on projects* Ensures that project BIMs meet HKS BIM Standards and Guidelines* Ensures the health and quality of project BIMs* Provides guidance to ensure that project BIMs align with the requirements and specifications established in the BIM Execution Plan* Provides modeling support and assistance to project teams* Develops and maintains project specific BIM content* Supports the accuracy, consistency, and quality of project BIMs and project documentation* Resolves technical issues for individual team members on their projects* Engages with Practice Technology Specialists and the Practice Technology team to test and refine new processes related to BIM* Supports the adoption of HKS technologies across their projects and offices* Mentors team members by providing guidance, feedback, QA/QC, and direction on work methodologies and work products* Collaborates with Practice Technology Specialists and the Practice Technology team track and identify trends related to the application and adoption and BIM* Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with project teams* Supports adherence to project schedule assuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with the budgeted labor; recalibrates as necessary* Applies skills to minimize risks, maximize value and seeks means to improve efficiencies and reduce costs* Travel may be required**Qualifications:*** Professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred* Typically 2+ years of relevant experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM Management in an architecture, interior design or construction field* Typically 5+ years of relevant experience leading high-performance teams in a technology related field* Knowledge of the architecture profession and industry best practices for design, documentation, collaboration and delivery* Strong knowledge and proven ability to support AEC authoring and management applications including Autodesk (Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 and Forge), Rhino, and Sketchup* Familiarity with design visualization applications including Autodesk 3D Max, Enscape, Lumion, Vray and Unreal Engine preferred* Familiarity with environmental analysis applications such as Sefaira, Insight360, Lady Bug/Honeybee, Fenestra Pro, WUFI, and IES preferred* Solid understanding of legacy CAD applications and practices, particularly AutoCAD* Proven track record and expert leadership skills* Evidence of strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to engage a range of audiences, stakeholders, and partners* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff* Strong work ethic and eagerness to produce high quality, accurate results* Ability to exercise judgment and discretion, set priorities and manage competing demands* Ability to proactively problem solve and apply innovative solutions* Ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration in a team environment* Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time* Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected qualityIf you currently work for HKS, please submit your application via the Internal Careers Portal.### Make Your Search EasierWe recommend selecting the location and/or country before selecting a job title when performing a search.
