Overview

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a globally respected banking institution, known for its innovation, integrity, and high-performance culture, to appoint a Learning Experience, Training Facilitation & Design and/or Delivery VP/SM. This is a newly created individual contributor role based in Singapore, offering an opportunity to join a lean, high-impact global team in a strategic and hands-on capacity.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Learning and sitting within a global design and delivery team, this role supports enterprisewide learning needs across front office and corporate functions. It is not aligned to specific business divisions and operates as a flexible, high-performing unit.

Responsibilities
  • Design and facilitate innovative, high-impact learning experiences that drive capability development, performance, and engagement across the region and globally.
  • Facilitate dynamic, engaging, and outcomes-driven learning sessions for employees and leaders across multiple geographies.
  • Design and deliver innovative, scalable learning experiences using a blend of digital, experiential, and in-person methodologies.
  • Partner with global stakeholders and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and translate them into impactful learning strategies and solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end design of learning programs, from needs analysis and stakeholder engagement to content creation, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Act as a thought partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts to cocreate learning journeys aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the global learning strategy with fresh thinking, creativity, and a learner-centric mindset.
  • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment as part of a small, agile global team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an accomplished global and/or regional Learning & Training VP or Senior Manager in a global financial services organization, ideally based in Singapore.
  • Strong track record in learning design and facilitation with creative and innovative learning solutions that deliver impact across diverse audiences and geographies.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills with a proactive, consultative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in both strategic and hands-on work within a dynamic environment.
