Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create content tailored to each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
- Review and optimize the design and content of all online assets, including the company website and social media pages.
- Plan and control the digital marketing budget, allocating funds to various channels effectively.
- Use A/B testing to enhance digital marketing performance.
- Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to provide actionable insights and recommendations, generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Drive performance marketing via Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM.
- Plan and execute viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.
- Lead and manage SEO/SEM efforts, optimize landing pages, and leverage analytics tools effectively.
- Develop and propose creative and data-driven marketing ideas for campaigns to effectively promote our products and brand across various platforms.
- Perform other administrative duties, special tasks, and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM efforts and optimizing landing pages.
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Demonstrable expertise in performance marketing and campaign management across various digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and deliver insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Creative and results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Salary Package
Basic ($2800 to $3500 depending on skills and working experiences) + Incentives
