Responsibilities
  • Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management.
  • We maintain an appropriate caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. Exceptional clinical outcomes are bolstered by ensuring patients see the same therapist or therapist team from the beginning to the end of their treatment.
  • We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development.
  • We work together as a strong, collaborative team of therapy professionals committed to working together. Clinicians should work in an environment where they feel valued, heard, and equipped to grow in their careers.
What We Treat
  • Musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions with blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload, including sport-specific rehab and joint/spine management.
How We Do It
  • Maintain a caseload that respects patients’ time and ensures continuity of care with the same therapist or therapist team throughout treatment.

Requirements
  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license
