Make An Impact By Engineering and support Planning the roadmap for operating systems and providing technical advice for Operations and Product. Driving Method of Procedure and POC for new system infrastructure changes. Managing problems in investigating and resolving system/customer incidents. Planning hardware lifecycle and budgeting. Developing system infrastructure development plans. Tender and Projects Preparing tender specifications and evaluations or supporting tender processes. Negotiating with vendors on technical and commercial aspects. Conducting feasibility studies on emerging technologies or new services. Gathering requirements and formulating technical specifications and solutions. Resource planning and project execution management. Managing project scope, budget, and reviews. Security Compliances Applying patches for vulnerabilities. Ensuring timely remediation of vulnerabilities from VAPT. Staying updated with security announcements and patches. Conducting bi-annual configuration reviews. Applying methodologies to minimize project risks. Maintaining documentation and supporting audits. Supporting BCM certification and BCP exercises.
