What You Will Be Working On Handling enquiries across multiple contact channels, displaying IRAS’ service attributes to deliver the desired IRAS experience Promoting and nudging customers towards self-help channels Updating and improving content distribution channels to ensure the content meets channel goals and taxpayers’ expectations Analysing customer contact data and feedback to gather insights to develop ideas for improved service delivery and adoption of digital service channels. Projects or initiatives using relevant technologies or tools and methodologies (e.g. Behavioural Insights & Design) to improve service delivery or streamline processes. What We Are Looking For Degree in any discipline Experience in customer service, good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to question, probe and analyse Organized and systematic in handling data Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment We regret to inform that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
