We’re one of the fastest-growing tech startups in the region, consistently charting new heights About This Role The Financial Planning & Analysis Intern at Cialfo will support the finance team in delivering data-driven insights and strategies that steer key business decisions. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to work on financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting in a fast-paced, global edtech environment. This is a full-time internship based in Singapore, designed to align with your academic calendar. If you are passionate about finance, data, and strategy, and eager to make an impact, we welcome your application What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day Responsibilities : Assist in creating financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data. Strategic Contributions : Help develop financial dashboards and tools for real-time decision-making. Support ad hoc projects, including evaluating business opportunities or market expansion strategies. Growth Opportunities : Gain exposure to global financial operations in a dynamic and fast-growing edtech company. Receive mentorship and guidance from the VP of Finance and senior finance professionals. Develop financial and analytical skills essential for a future career in finance or consulting. Qualifications Education : Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Recent graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply. Experience : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience through internships or academic projects in finance, accounting, or data analysis is advantageous. Fundamental understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. Personal Traits : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
