Senior Manager, Business Finance & Analytics Join to apply for the Senior Manager, Business Finance & Analytics role at Resorts World Sentosa The Senior Manager will support the Assistant Vice President (AVP) in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights for the business. This role will lead a team to deliver performance analytics, and actionable recommendations to enable data‑driven decision‑making and optimize business outcomes for the resort’s key non‑gaming units including Attractions, Hotels, MICE and Food and Beverage. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Provide insights on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability trends. Business Performance Management Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance. Partner with business units to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. Strategic Support Assist AVP in preparing executive reports and presentations for senior leadership. Support strategic projects, including scenario modeling and investment analysis. Data & Analytics Oversee development of financial models and predictive analytics. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting systems. Manage and mentor analysts to build strong financial and analytical capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. At least 8+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or analytics, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs.
