We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and energetic Professional Marketing Manager to work with us in an exciting environment to strengthen our fast-growing team of technical consultancy.
Summary:
The Marketing Manager of Technosoft will be responsible for leading and facilitating regional marketing to drive branding, awareness, demand generation and sales enablement to ensure achievement of revenue objectives.
You will drive the marketing transformation in the growing automotive retail solutions business. The ideal candidate should be passionate about leading with customer insights, selling differentiation through channel partners and motivated to grow revenue and market share using best-in-class marketing techniques.
The candidate needs to be a self-starter and driven to challenge the status quo and to usher in a mindset shift in marketing and across the internal value chain. He/she needs to be able to ‘own’ Technosoft’s marketing in a way to provide both strategic and tactical recommendations to drive overall sales and pipeline.
Regional nature of the role will require some travel to better understand local and regional differences and opportunities in current and future markets. Ability to foster collaboration, build trust and deliver marketing excellence in terms of high quality and on-time marketing assets will be a key requirement.
Business acumen around strategic analysis and planning is essential to get a grasp of overall market dynamics and actions to grow revenue and market share. Out-of-the-box thinking in matters related to strategic partnerships, vendor selection and GTM strategies will be a key differentiator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regional marketing leadership. Quantify the financial opportunity (market size and unit placements, aftermarket, service revenue), performance expectations, and characterize the competitive environment.
- Deliver marketing strategies and execute programs that achieve Technosoft’s business goals including software and professional services.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the situation and trends relative to automotive retail solutions for key markets including industry, market segments, applications, competition and partners.
- Lead and coordinate all marketing activities across the region providing the key accountability point to the leadership team.
- Review established company and product branding and drive re-branding programs where applicable.
- Create and maintain a strong digital marketing infrastructure (lead generation, sales forces enablement, customer engagement, social media, content marketing), drive continuous improvement in marketing return on investment. Experience in deploying end-to-end marketing campaigns will be key.
- Lead with social media effort and Inbound Marketing program (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs).
- Design and implement a Digital Marketing Strategy and Program to target specific audiences and campaigns around new products, churn programs or competitive replacements.
- Establish usage of internal Dynamics CRM system as central system for all marketing activities.
- Lead with event and tradeshow coordination and graphics.
- Develop a strong and unified marketing team, across all marketing functions.
- Achieve growth and profitability consistent with business goals.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
Experience and Education
- BA BS degree in business (marketing, communications or related area), MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in enterprise applications, or directly related industry.
- 5+ years in a strong leadership/management role.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Experience managing marketing programs and channel marketing.
- Experience managing analyst and press relations.
- Experience in automotive, especially automotive retail and service, is preferred.
