ExxonMobil in Singapore
ExxonMobil is one of Singapore’s largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.
We have manufacturing facilities that include an integrated world-scale refining and petrochemical complex in Jurong and Jurong Island, a network of service stations under the Esso brand, operate a lubricant plant and are a supplier of cylinder cooking gas. ExxonMobil provides customers and commercial markets in the region with ground transportation, industrial, aviation and marine fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

What role you will play in our team
Trader Development Program (TDP) is a fast paced, competitive program that will enable you to develop the competencies and skills required to become a successful energy trader at ExxonMobil. You will complete multiple trading role rotations to gain crucial experience in operations, risk and analytics.
Throughout your time on the TDP you will receive formal training as well as mentoring and feedback from Senior Traders to further your development. All of this will lead to a formal end of Program assessment. If successful, you will be ready to commence your career as a trader enjoying roles with increasing complexity, responsibility and market exposure.

Skills and Qualifications
This role is open to individuals who are in the early stages of their professional careers. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A good degree in any discipline (preferably Second Upper Honors or above)
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- An interest in commodity and financial markets
- The ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in an international team environment
- Leadership capabilities
