Jobscope Develop and implement real‑time Process Analytical Technology (PAT) methods to enhance process understanding, optimization and control. Act as a key link between R&D PAT activities (at both laboratory and pilot plant scales) and manufacturing, ensuring seamless technology transfers across sites. Drive the procurement, commissioning and qualification of new PAT equipment, including integration with DeltaV Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and computer system qualification. Contribute to the development and deployment of novel PAT applications and techniques to advance chemistry and process monitoring capabilities. Requirements Minimum Bachelors Degree in Analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences or related discipline. Minimum 1‑2 years in similar functions. Hands‑on experience with spectroscopic PAT tools (NIR, Raman, FTIR, UV/Vis), probes and chemometric/multivariate analysis tools (e.g. SIMCA or equivalent). Practical experience integrating PAT systems with process control systems, preferably DeltaV DCS or other major DCS platforms. Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and authoring IQ/OQ/PQ, validation plans and GxP documentation. Familiarity with OT network concepts and OT/IT integration considerations, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access and cybersecurity best practices. Good understanding of regulatory requirements for data integrity, GxP and engineering/EHS standards. Immediate starter is an advantage.
