Key Responsibilities Handle export bookings and documentation from start to file closure. Manage full shipment cycle: documents, manifests, pre-alerts, invoicing, cost tracking. Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries. Ensure compliance with company standards and external regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system. Understand customer needs and deliver solutions for satisfaction. Support the team with additional tasks when required. Requirements Minimum GCE "N" Level qualification. At least 1 year of freight forwarding experience. Solid knowledge of ocean shipping requirements and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
