Overview

GTR Account Specialist (Travel Retail | Spirits, Wine & Liquor) at Adecco. This range is provided by Adecco. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

You will drive business growth and consumer engagement within the dynamic travel retail market. You'll manage key accounts, shape brand strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful market activations. A global leader in the premium wines and spirits industry, known for its portfolio of iconic brands and focus on consumer engagement, market growth, and innovation across international markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and consumer engagement within managed accounts.
  • Manage key outlet relationships, including sales calls, negotiations, and performance reviews.
  • Prospect and onboard new outlets, ensuring adoption of digital platforms like Easy24.
  • Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to deliver impactful brand activations and promotional calendars.
  • Analyze performance and market trends, providing insights and action plans to maximize ROI and market share.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales or account management experience in FMCG, liquor, or retail channels.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Collaborative and agile mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced market environment.
