Strong operational support allows our consultants to be able to focus on engaging their clients with their vision and problem-solving capabilities.Job title: Management Consulting Manager (Japanese Speaking) Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple group companies within ICMG Group. Lead and manage strategic projects to address business challenges and drive growth initiatives Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop actionable insights Drive business development efforts, including identifying and securing new client opportunities Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and support decision-making processes Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities to meet project objectives Support clients in their investment activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management Requirements: Min Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred Min 5-8 years of working experience in consulting company Business level of Japanese (N1-N2 level) is required to comminicate with Japanese clients and Japan HQ Others: Salary range: SGD 8,000-11,000 + VB (Depending on the indivisual and company perfomance)Working hours: 9am-6pm (Flexble working hours)Interview process: 3-4 round of interview (Face-to Face)Application Procedure Interested candidates who wish to apply for this position, please click APPLY NOW.
