We are searching for a skilled Project Manager (Salesforce) to join our talented team

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
  • Vendor Management: Manage outsource vendor, including contracts management, execution and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business teams, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance to vendors, ensuring best practices in Salesforce architecture, coding, and integration.
  • Customisation & Configuration: Oversee and validate Salesforce customisations, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and security settings.
  • Integration Management: Manage third-party integrations and API connections with Salesforce.
  • Agile & Scrum Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
  • Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in projects, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain clear documentation, including business processes, system architecture, and user guides. Train end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all Salesforce implementations comply with security best practices, governance policies, and industry regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce project management and implementation.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant
  • MP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certifications
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence.
  • A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.
