  • Proactively handle daily tasks to ensure the opening of new accounts and follow up with customers to ensure customer visit workshops to achieve individual monthly KPIs.
  • Take responsibility for the timely submission of sales documents, ensuring accurate quotations and payments are provided to clients.
  • Maintain attention to detail to avoid errors in documents sent to clients.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal staff and the warehouse to ensure tyres are delivered to clients promptly and without any issues.
  • Develop innovative and strategic ideas, both within and outside the standard approaches, to enhance Stamford Tyre's business profitability.
  • Act as the key point of contact, balancing customer expectations with Stamford Tyre's goals to prioritize profitability alongside customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate ownership of the business by ensuring customers are fully satisfied with both Stamford Tyre's products and services.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collection of monthly billings from clients.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Possession of a Class 3 license with car is preferred.
  • Must have a positive attitude and excellent open communication skills.
  • Prior sales experience is highly desirable.
