We are looking for a VP of Sales who will oversee all sales operations and initiatives across APAC, including strategy development, team leadership, and execution. This role requires a results‑driven leader who can develop and implement innovative sales strategies, build relationships with key clients, and continuously optimize the sales process to drive performance. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and drives revenue growth across APAC. Build, guide and mentor a high‑performing sales team. Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and professional development. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, markets, and verticals. Drive the expansion of the company’s footprint and ensure sustained revenue growth. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling. Collaborate with other departments in the organization to ensure alignment and streamline sales efforts. Report regularly to the executive team on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a VP of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth. Strong experience in the IDV industry with deep knowledge of the market and competitive landscape. Experience in working in a global organization. Excellent leadership and team‑building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of sales professionals. Data‑driven and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and KPIs. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
