Redstone Commodity Search are working with an established multinational bunker trading company looking for an experienced Mandarin speaking bunker trader to join their team in Singapore.

The opportunity focuses on connecting companies in the commodities space with professionals who help them thrive and grow, with a 360° search solution across the global commodities markets.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Grow and maintain a portfolio of market end user clients in the marine fuels space.
  • Keep up to date with all market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory changes to be able to best advise clients.
  • Support the trading team as needed on a day-to-day basis.
  • Reports into Managing Director of Singapore Office.
Key Qualifications / Experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in trading marine fuels on a back-to-back basis.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the bunker sector.
  • Ideally a portfolio of transferable portfolio of clients for the marine fuels market.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially driven.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Position will be located in Singapore.
