The Transmutation Principle is a Singapore-based consultancy that supports all kinds of organisations in their quest for impact, through actionable and tailor‑made sustainability & ESG programmes. Our programmes and services cater to organisations of different maturity stages. Delivery formats range from mass workshops on climate education to strategic consultancy for functional teams in order to advance ESG agendas. Despite being a new entrant to the sustainability world (we incorporated 18 months ago), we have seen massive demand for our services which in turn allows us to expand the team rapidly. Some of our largest clients include L’Oreal, Temasek, Credit Agricole, Traveloka, LTA and many more. The Role We’re looking for an outstanding and versatile Sustainability Consultant to jump onboard and help us accelerate our early‑stage growth and vision. This role is ideal for a passionate and voracious learner who is ready to work side‑by‑side with all our team on analysis, content creation and network growth. This is an “out‑of‑the‑box” role where you have the opportunity to work with an impact‑driven team of consultants for immediate impact Your responsibilities Sustainability Consulting (70%) Assist with project roadmap implementation in line with key client’s sustainability strategy Support internal stakeholders on the following streams: climate resilience plan, capacity building, green and ethical procurement and sourcing, sustainability‑forward remarketing efforts Business analysis, sliding, and delivery of key recommendations Support development of knowledge base for adaptation and climate resilience capabilities Co‑ordination between internal and client side stakeholders for timely implementation On‑site support to client’s place of business abroad may be required for interviews, capacity building workshops Assist with building up processes and resources for sustainability consulting stream Assist other consulting projects where needed for clients in IT, Finance Internal Consulting: Offering development and client acquisition (30%) Lead, work closely with all internal stakeholders to deliver strategic recommendations for service offering and client acquisition Conduct internal review, business analysis, external analysis Synthesise strategic recommendations on format and marketing of service offering and client acquisition strategy As the activity of the company is developing fast, you will have other exciting projects to take part in, depending on your profile and appetite Who we are looking for Mandatory Experience and Skills Access to a laptop / computer Passion for environmental and social sustainability At least 1 prior experience in ESG consulting or Corporate ESG as a consultant or project manager Experiences (personal, volunteering or professional) in sustainability advocacy Currently studying in or recently graduated from a recognised university, from any of the following disciplines: Environmental‑related fields, Social Sciences, Business, Communications Tenacious, ambitious and self‑motivated to make a meaningful impact in sustainability Keen to learn and grow Analytical & detail‑oriented Proficient and concise communicator Takes initiative Preferably with some consulting background and some prior sustainability knowledge and experience Proficient in creation of collateral for communications and marketing (Adobe, Canva, Google Slides and Powerpoint) Fluency in foreign languages (Bahasa, Hindi, Japanese, Spanish, French, Tagalog or Thai) is a plus Full‑time (preferred) or Part‑time from January 2026 to July 2026 Opportunity to extend the commitment beyond July 2026 What we offer - We believe in team well‑being and flexibility Flexibility in working model and locations (WFH 3 days a week).
